Prepare Treatments Ahead of Time
Before you immerse your mom in relaxation, whip up some homemade treatments to pamper her skin.
Make an Exfoliating Scrub:
• Combine 1 tbsp of sugar with 1 tbsp of honey. • Gently massage the scrub onto her damp skin in circular motions. • Rinse with warm water and pat dry for soft, glowing skin.
Create a Nourishing Face Mask:
• Mix 2 tbsps of yogurt, 1 tbsp of honey, 1/4 ripe avocado (mashed), and 2 tbsps of oatmeal. • Apply the mask evenly to her face, avoiding the eyes. • Let it sit for 15-20 minutes to deeply hydrate and replenish her skin. • Rinse off with lukewarm water and follow with her favorite moisturizer.
