Pecan Pie Tartlets

INGREDIENTS : z 2 cups milk z 1/2 cup brewed coffee or espresso z 1/4 cup pumpkin puree z 2 tbsp sugar Pumpkin Spice Latte

INGREDIENTS :

z 1 cup chopped pecans z 1/2 cup light corn syrup z 1/2 cup brown sugar z 2 large eggs

z 2 tbsp butter, melted z 1 tsp vanilla extract z Tartlet shells (store-bought or homemade) INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. In a bowl, mix pecans, corn syrup, brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. 3. Pour the mixture into tartlet shells. 4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown. 5. Cool before serving.

z 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice z Whipped cream for topping (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS: 1. In a saucepan, heat milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice until hot but not boiling. 2. Whisk until well combined and frothy. 3. Pour over brewed coffee or espresso. 4. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice if desired.
