ALPINE MINI PIZZA BITES Makes 20–24 bites Inspired by Italy’s snow-capped ski towns, these bite-sized pizzas deliver cozy comfort!

Instructions: 1. Prep the dough: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into 2–3 inch rounds. 2. Assemble: Transfer rounds to a lined baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and spoon 1 teaspoon of sauce onto each. 3. Add toppings: Sprinkle cheeses evenly and add optional toppings. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper. 4. Bake for 12–14 minutes until edges are golden and cheese bubbles. 5. Serve: Top with torn basil and serve warm. Ideal for munching during commercial breaks.
